Properties:Trimellitic anhydride, scientific name 1, 4-trichlorobenzene is third benzene anhydride, alias for partial anhydride.The formula is: C9H4O5.Appearance is white flakes, melting point, 164-166 ¡æ.Boiling point: 240-245 ¡æ, soluble in hot water and acetone, 2 - J ketone, DMF, ethyl acetate, cyclohexanone.Soluble in anhydrous ethanol and react, slightly soluble in carbon tetrachloride and toluene.
Application:Used in the manufacture of polyester resin and polyimide resin, water soluble polyester resin, water soluble polyurethane resin, plasticizer, and water-soluble amino alkyd
Storage and transportation: Ensure adequate ventilation.Minimize dust generation and accumulation.Avoid electrostatic accumulation.
