Properties:Sweet, white acicular, flaky crystal or crystalline powder.Odourless.Sweet taste, its dilute solution sweetness is about 30 times that of sucrose.Sweetness of sucrose 40 ~ 50 times for no nutritional sweetener.10% aqueous solution is neutral (PH 6.5), stability to heat, light and air.Heated slightly bitter taste.Decomposition temperature about 280 ℃, no caramelization reaction.

 

Application:So as an international common food additives can be used to cool and refreshing drinks, fruit juice, ice cream, pastry food and candied fruit, etc.
