Properties:

Melting point of 160-164 ¡ã C, the boiling point of 170 ¡ã C (10 MMHG) water-soluble 1.2 g / 100 ml (25 ¡ã C)

this product is a Bai Sejing powder, special aroma with creme brulee hard candy, dilute solution with strawberry smell fragrant.1 g of this product is soluble in about 80 ml water, 81 ml 21 ml of ethanol, glycerol, or 28 ml of propylene glycol.

 


Application: Maltol Maltol and ethyl Maltol as food flavouring agent is often added in baking food, ice cream and candy, the adding amount of about 110 mu of Maltol g/kg. According to the calculation, the average daily intake of Maltol and ethyl Maltol is 5 ~ 29 mg, but in some people, the actual consumption levels could be several times the average.

 


Storage and transportation: This product should avoid light seal, placed a cool and dry place, avoid confusion and miscellaneous odor items stored, not directly contact with the iron.
