 Properties:HEDP is a kind of organic phosphate scale and corrosion inhibitor with iron, copper, zinc and other metal ions to form stable complex compound, can dissolve oxide on the surface of the metal.HEDP under 250 ℃ can still play a role of good scale and corrosion inhibitor, is still under high pH value is very stable, not easy to hydrolysis, general is not easy to decompose under the condition of field.Acid and alkali, chlorine oxidation resistance than other organic phosphate (salt).

 

Application:

1. the boiler and heat exchanger scale inhibitor and corrosion inhibitor, without cyanide electroplating of complexing agent, soap chelating agent, metal and nonmetal cleaner.

Commonly used for boiler water,

2.scale inhibitor in circulating water, oil field water injection processing.Often associated with poly hydroxy acids scale inhibition dispersing agent distribution.Can also be without cyanide electroplating complexing agent, dye fixing agent industry, hydrogen peroxide stabilizer.

 

Storage and transportation:HEDP liquid packed in plastic drum, 30 kg or 250 kg a barrel;HEDP solid packed in plastic woven bags lined with polythene bags, bags of 25 kg net each, can also according to user's need to make sure.Storage in indoor cool ventilated place, moistureproof, storage period of ten months.
