Melting point: 300 ~ 302 ℃ (tube), at 165 ℃ (17 mm hg).

Melting point: 299 ~ 300 ℃ relative density: 1.635 (20/4 ℃).

 

Application:In the food is mainly used in meat products, fish products processing, etc.Fumaric acid can be used as acidity regulator, acidification agent, antioxidant agent, curing accelerator, spices to use.This product has strong buffering effect, in order to keep around pH3.0 aqueous solution, and an important role in antibacterial mouldproof.
